		<description>The SI 2007 No. 2441 Community Legal Service (Funding)Order 2007, which came into force from 1st October 2007, provides up to date LSC rates, and makes no mention of scale maximums for preparing bills. Can we not take this  as being 'law' and the demise of the £56.95 allowances?</description>
